My Clips

My three years at Electronic News, the grand dame of technology weeklies and coiner of the term "Silicon Valley," taught me how to learn on the job, read between the lines of press releases and financial statments, and write about the people behind the technology. During these years, I worked for some excellent editors, specifically former BusinessWeek Editor Lew Young, Jeff Dorsch and Mike Markowitz, and managed to break a few stories along the way. Assembled here are selections from my Electronic News writing.
